Mystery Makers’ terms and conditions
- Ordering with Mystery Makers
When you place an order at www.mystery.at, you enter into an agreement with:

When you enter into an agreement with us, you will automatically accept these terms and condition, and we therefore ask you to read them thoroughly before ordering experiences with us.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products at www.mystery.at.
The product selection at www.mystery.at is only an encouragement to have you give us an offer by placing your order, and the agreement is not final before you have paid and we have accepted your offer by sending an order confirmation to you.
You can order the product you want at www.mystery.at by choosing the product and placing it in the shopping basket. When you have chosen your product and you are ready to place your order, please click: ”Order”. You will now be asked to enter your name, address, phone number and email address as well as delivery address (if required).
When you have entered this information, you will be asked to choose your payment method and then enter the information required by the chosen payment method, e.g. credit card information.
When you have entered all the required information you will be asked to approve your order and declare that you accept our terms and conditions.
You must always review your order before placing it. Before you place your order, you can choose to edit the information that you have entered, e.g. delivery or invoice address as well as credit card information. You can add products to and remove them from the shopping basket at any time during the ordering process.
When you have placed your order you will receive a receipt showing the order that you have just placed. The receipt is not an indicator that the order has been processed or that you have entered into an agreement with us. The agreement is not entered into before you receive a confirmation of order from us.
You will receive a confirmation of order from us by email when your order has been processed and we have accepted it.
We will keep a record of your order and the confirmation order, and you can always request a copy of them by contacting us.
If you made a mistake while placing your order, e.g. wrote a wrong address, you can always contact us.
- Changing or cancelling an order
After placing your order, you can change it by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +43 (0) 720 88 31 49. Please note our cancellation policy (see further down).
Without obligation to pay compensation or cover your expenses in any other way, we are entitled to cancel a purchase in the following situations:
- If an unintentional error has occurred at www.mystery.at, e.g. a payment error.
- If your payment information cannot be verified or is incorrect.
- If we suspect that your order has been placed mal fide or in connection with illegal activities.
We will try to solve the problem, and we will of course also notify you about a potential cancellation before it occurs. If a cancellation occurs, we will return all payments and extra expenses to you.
- Pricing and payment
All prices are current and will be updated continuously.
The prices at www.mystery.at a valid from the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change our prices, but this will of course not affect orders that we have accepted by sending a confirmation of order.
The total price that you accept when you send your order to us is the amount that we will withdraw from the specified credit card when we have sent your products.
You can pay with the following credit cards at www.mystery.at:
Transaction fees are stated before your purchase and will not exceed the rates determined by Nets.
When you place your order, your credit card will be authorised. If your card is not authorised, you will receive a message on your screen about failed authorisation, and you will then be asked to choose another payment method.
Cancellation occcurs when you initiate, whole or in part, a cancellation, reduction or any other change of the payment agreed. The following conditions are in accordance with the HORESTA rules:
Cancellation of events for 12 people or more must happen in good time and in writing no less than 3 weeks before the ordered event’s date.
Cancellation of events for 11 people or less must happen in good time and in writing no less than 2 weeks before the ordered event’s date.
Cancellation of entire events or reductions of more than 10% must happen no less than 6 days before the ordered event, and Mystery Makers shall receive a reimbursement of 50% of the price for the cancelled products.
In case of cancellation later than 6 days before the ordered event, Mystery Makers shall receive a reimbursement of 75% of the price for the cancelled products.
In case of no show, Mystery Makers can lay claim to the entire price for the event. These conditions are in accordance with the HORESTA rules.
If the product that you have purchased from us turns out to be faulty, you have the right to seek redress for 2 years. You can complain about a product within 2 years from the time of purchase. We therefore recommend that you keep your receipt for at least 2 years. You can complain by contacting our customer service center. You must contact us immediately when discovering that the product is faulty.
You must be aware that your right to complain can cease before the claims deadline if the product is not meant to last for 2 years.
The right to seek redress for faulty products is in effect for products that are faulty as defined by the Sale of Goods Act. See more at www.forbrug.dk.
Any dispute involving www.mystery.at and purchases on this site is subject to Danish law and the Danish courts, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
Mystery Makers are entitled to seek customers in publicly available reference lists. Consent to this is be given when accepting the terms and conditions. The customer’s consent can be revoked at any time by informing Mystery Makers in writing.

We respect your private life and we process your personal information in accordance with current law.
