GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MYSTERY MAKERS<\/b><\/h3>\n

Orders from Mystery Makers ApS<\/b>\u00a0If you as a buyer place an order at www.mystery.at, you conclude a contract with the seller:<\/span>

1.1.1<\/b>. If the buyer concludes a contract with the seller, the buyer accepts these general terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before the purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2.<\/b>\u00a0An order is only finalised when the seller has sent the buyer a booking confirmation with a reservation ID.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2.1<\/b>\u00a0If the buyer has placed an order, the buyer will receive a receipt which is a reproduction of the order placed. The receipt is not an indication that the order has been processed or that a purchase contract has been concluded<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2.2<\/b>\u00a0It is the buyer's responsibility to check that the booking confirmation - activity, number of participants, date and time - matches the order. If this is not the case, the buyer must contact the seller as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after receiving the booking confirmation.\u00a0www.mystery.at\/kontakt<\/a>\u00a0so that the order can be corrected.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Validity\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2.1<\/b>\u00a0The seller draws attention to the fact that a booking is only finally valid once the seller has sent the booking confirmation. The booking of experiences etc. is only valid for the date and time stated on the booking confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n

    2.2<\/b>\u00a0The seller reserves the right to present the buyer with a valid booking confirmation upon participation.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. delivery\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      3.1<\/b>\u00a0Once the seller has confirmed the purchase of an experience and\/or gift voucher via the website, the booking confirmation and\/or gift voucher will be sent to the buyer by email. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Loss of voucher<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        4.1<\/b>\u00a0If the buyer's voucher is lost, a new one can be requested by contacting the seller at\u00a0www.mystery.at\/kontakt<\/a>\u00a0contact us. However, it is necessary that the buyer can present a valid photo ID and correctly state the telephone number and e-mail address used for the purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. Prices and payment<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          5.1<\/b>\u00a0All prices are quoted in euros and include statutory VAT<\/span><\/p>\n

          5.2<\/b>\u00a0The under\u00a0www.mystery.at<\/a>\u00a0Prices quoted are valid at the time of purchase. The seller reserves the right to change the prices. However, this does not apply to orders that are accepted after submission of the booking confirmation<\/span><\/p>\n

          5.3\u00a0<\/span><\/b>The total price accepted by the buyer when sending an order is the amount charged by the seller from the payment card used to confirm the booking.<\/span><\/p>\n

          5.4<\/b>\u00a0Under\u00a0<\/span>www.mystery.at<\/span><\/a>\u00a0the buyer can pay with the following payment cards:<\/span><\/p>\n

          \"\"<\/p>\n

          5.4.1<\/b>\u00a0Transaction fees will be disclosed prior to acceptance of the purchase and will not exceed the fixed rates set by Nets<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

          5.4.2\u00a0<\/span><\/b>When the buyer places an order, the payment card used is authorised. If the card is not authorised, the buyer receives a message on the screen that the authorisation has failed and is then asked to select another payment method.<\/span><\/p>\n

          5.4.3<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>For orders placed on the seller's website\u00a0<\/span>www.mystery.at<\/span><\/a>\u00a0full payment is required.<\/span><\/p>\n

          5.5<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>If the Buyer places an order by telephone or email via the Seller's booking department, full payment is due no later than 4 weeks (28 days) before the date of the booked event.<\/span><\/p>\n

          5.5.1<\/b>\u00a0If less than 4 weeks have elapsed between the order being placed and the date of the event, full payment is required immediately.<\/span><\/p>\n

          5.6\u00a0<\/span><\/b>An invoice fee of 7 euros will be charged for payment by invoice. The buyer will receive an invoice the day after the event. The invoice has a payment period of 14 days.<\/span><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Cancellation and right of withdrawal<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            6.1\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Cancellation occurs when the buyer makes a cancellation or similar changes to the agreed services. Cancellation of events must be made in writing to www.mystery.at.<\/span><\/p>\n

            6.2<\/b>\u00a0The purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase free of charge and to cancel the booking up to 4 weeks (28 days) before the date of the booked event. Thereafter, the purchase is legally binding.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

            1. Change of date<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              7.1<\/b>\u00a0Requests to postpone a booking to a new date must always be sent in writing to the seller at\u00a0www.mystery.at\/kontakt<\/a>\u00a0be addressed.<\/span><\/p>\n

              7.2<\/b>\u00a0The purchaser may request that the booking be postponed to a new date free of charge up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the date of the booked event.<\/span><\/p>\n

              7.3<\/b>\u00a0If there are less than 2 weeks (13 days) until the date of the booked event, the buyer can change the date of the booking for a fee. The fee covers administration, scheduled staff and any lost sales opportunities. The fee is 15% of the total amount of the purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n

              7.4<\/b>\u00a0The seller can never guarantee that the buyer's newly requested date and time will be available.<\/span><\/p>\n

              7.4.1<\/b>\u00a0The transfer also requires that the payment terms and due date of the original booking are adhered to.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

              7.4.2<\/b>\u00a0The booking is still bound to the trading conditions of the original booking.<\/span><\/p>\n

              7.4.3<\/b>\u00a0The option to change the date of the event only includes the date and time, but not the number of participants or the booked product itself.<\/span><\/p>\n

              7.5<\/b>\u00a0If less than 48 hours remain until the date of the booked event, the buyer can no longer have the booking postponed to a new date.<\/span><\/p>\n

              1. Change in the number of participants<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                8.1<\/b>\u00a0The number of participants cannot be reduced once the buyer has placed the order and received the booking confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n

                8.2\u00a0<\/span><\/b>The buyer may increase the number of participants up to 24 hours before the day of the booked event. The adjustment of the number of participants must be made in writing to\u00a0www.mystery.at\/kontakt<\/a>\u00a0take place.<\/span><\/p>\n

                8.2.1<\/b>\u00a0The increase in the number of participants is limited by the applicable participant restrictions for the various products of the seller.<\/span><\/p>\n

                8.2.2<\/b>\u00a0Any additional payment required due to an increase in the number of participants must be made at least 24 hours before the date of the booked event.<\/span><\/p>\n

                1. Change or cancellation of orders with Mystery Makers<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  9.1<\/b>\u00a0Without being obliged to pay any compensation or otherwise cover the buyer's costs, the seller is entitled to cancel a purchase in the following situations:<\/span><\/p>\n
